Who we are
Atelier Tar sells art posters as physical prints and as digital downloads through this website. For any question about these terms, contact us at info@ateliertar.com.
Orders and payment
An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
Physical products
Physical posters are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated timelines are shown before you pay.
Digital products
Digital posters are delivered by email as a personal download link after your payment is confirmed. Links expire 24 hours after they are sent; if a link has expired or a download fails, contact us and we will send a fresh one at no cost.
Digital downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may print them for yourself; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files.
Right of withdrawal
For physical products you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery; see our Returns & Refunds policy.
For digital downloads, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Your statutory rights regarding defective digital content are not affected.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.
