Atelier Tar operates this store and is the controller for the personal data described below. Contact: info@ateliertar.com.

To fulfil your order we process your name, email address, billing country and — for physical orders — your shipping address, together with the details of what you bought. We use your email to send order confirmations and, for digital products, your download link. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we only receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card for your receipt.

We use a small number of processors to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email, EU region), Railway (hosting, EU region), and Cloudflare (DNS, email forwarding, and private file storage in an EU jurisdiction). Each processes data only on our instructions.

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (seven years in the Netherlands). Download-delivery records are kept with the order.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at info@ateliertar.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
